We speak with the CEO of the company, Francisco Javier Cantoral.   How did Teralco Group start? Our company was founded in 2002 by a team of independent engineers and professionals. We are located in Alicante’s technological epicenter, that is part of the ecosystm of the Valencian Digital District. From day one we have chosen to be different, so while other companies talk about automating and robotizing we aim to humanize technology so that the digitization process is simple, intuitive and less traumatic for companies.   How would you define the company’s work philosophy? Our DNA is built on three main pillars. The first is a passion for technology that defines our team of more than 100 engineers, experts that constitute our main value and of whom we take great care. That is why we have implemented equality and work conciliation plans that have resulted in a very low employee turnover, which is unusual within the sector. We have all heard about Industry 4.0, but what is it and how does it affect the digital transformation of companies?   Throughout history, transformations have occured when new technologies converge with new systems of organization and management.
